FLOWFIT ACTIVEWEAR 14-Day Returns Policy

At Flowfit Activewear, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, including animal hair, smells, marks and with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2. Items that are marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.

2. Initiation of the Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Access our Returns Portal online. Provide your order number with the # and your email.
You will be able to select whether you would like to return for a refund, store credit or make an exchange on the returns portal.
Depending on the quantity of the exchange we may offer you free shipping, otherwise you will be subject to pay the shipping cost. Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.
Multiple Orders: If you are returning items from multiple orders, please submit individual return requests and return the items in separate parcels to avoid complications.

3. Return Shipping
3.1. You are responsible for the return and cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for orders not returned back to our warehouse or lost.
3.2. There is a £2 restocking and handling fee charged on all orders which will come off the cost of your return.

4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
Warehouse Rights: Our warehouse reserves the right to reject any items returned that do not meet our policy standards.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If your return is not approved, we will send the item back to you.

5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5.2. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement, counting from the date of receipt of the retuned items. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

Flowfit Activewear reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
